About SMART CITY Community

SMART CITY 1 Community is a separated and enclosed area, built by Global Real Estate (contractor- developer) under Construction License No. 16594, with the approval of the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia and appropriate building permits by the Municipality.
The Community is built on 12,537 m2 land in Bagrevand 49 street. The Community is 9.1 km from Republic Square, 2.2 km from MegaMall Armenia and 620 m from Engineering City. There are community roads on three sides, joining the four main entrances and exits of the Community.
There are 24 privet houses and 4 three floor buildings (with attic and basement floors). Buildings occupies an area of 3,606 m2 or only 29%. The district has 5,000m2 of public roads, sidewalks, playgrounds and green areas.
